At Marvoryn, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, delivery, and shipping costs.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship with reputable international carriers to ensure safe delivery.
  • Standard and Express options may be available at checkout depending on destination.
  • Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • European Union: typically 5–12 business days.
  • United Kingdom: typically 5–10 business days.
  • International: typically 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or force majeure are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.
  • From time to time we may offer free-shipping promotions, clearly indicated on our website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon arrival.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or charges.

6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels.
  • If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Order Tracking

  • When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s system.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • For suspected lost parcels (no tracking movement for 15 business days EU/UK, 25 business days international), contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

9. Split Shipments

  • To expedite delivery, items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

10. Shipping Restrictions

  • We may be unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or certain remote locations depending on the carrier.
  • If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a refund.
