Return Policy – Marvoryn
We want you to love your purchase from Marvoryn. This Return Policy explains when and how you can return or exchange items purchased on our website.
1. Eligibility Window
EU/EEA customers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you (or someone you designate) receive the goods, without giving a reason.
Items must be sent back within the stated window and received in returnable condition.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Returns showing signs of wear, stains, odor, or damage may be refused or refunded only partially.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items (unless faulty).
Gift cards and final sale items (where clearly indicated).
Earrings, underwear, and similar items once seals are broken.
4. How to Start a Return
Email marvoryn@gmail.co with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
Wait for confirmation with return instructions and the return address.
Pack the item securely and include the order number inside the parcel.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Change of mind / withdrawal: Customer pays return shipping.
Faulty, damaged, or wrong item: Marvoryn covers the return shipping cost.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Processing takes 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Card refunds may take an additional 5–14 business days to appear.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless due to our error or a faulty product.
7. Exchanges
For a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Faulty, Damaged & Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and cover the shipping if applicable.
9. Lost Returns
Use a tracked shipping method and keep proof of postage.
Marvoryn is not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
10. Multi-Item Orders
If returning items from multiple orders, clearly mark each order number inside the package to avoid delays.
11. Return Address
The correct return address will be provided in your authorization email. Do not ship items back to the sender’s address on the package.
